  • You have bladder or bowel leakage 

  • You urinate more then 8X/day or wake up more than 1X per night to pee 

  • You have issues with fully emptying your bladder or your bowels

  • You have pain with sex (on penetration or deeper)

  • You have feelings of heaviness, pressure or bulging in the vagina

  • You have unresolved pelvic, tailbone, back, hip or genital pain.
